Chords by Thameen is a new unisex Oriental Floral fragrance launched in 2024, created by perfumer Nathalie Lorson. Rich, textured, and harmoniously layered, Chords plays like a musical composition—each note resonating in balance, moving from luminous florals to dark, sensual depth.
The fragrance opens with a radiant trio of bergamot, orange blossom, and neroli. Bergamot brings crisp citrus brightness, while orange blossom and neroli add a glowing, white-floral elegance that feels fresh yet refined.
At the heart, the composition deepens with honey, tobacco, and ylang-ylang. Honey adds golden warmth and smooth sweetness, tobacco introduces smoky richness, and ylang-ylang lends creamy floral sensuality, creating a rich and expressive core.
The base grounds the fragrance with a bold, tactile finish of leather, cypriol oil (nagarmotha), and cedar. Leather adds a confident, sensual edge, cypriol brings earthy-smoky depth, and cedar provides dry woody structure and longevity.
Chords is elegant yet daring—a modern oriental floral that blends brightness, warmth, and depth into a powerful, memorable signature.
