L’Entropiste — Altamura is a sunlit citrus with a cozy, resinous soul, composed by Bertrand Duchaufour and released in 2025. It opens with a playful contrast: tart-sparkling sweet orange and rosy pink pepper over the mellow chew of dried fruits. The heart pivots to a juicy, golden slice of pineapple—bright, mouthwatering, and luminous. As it settles, a forest-warm base unfurls: fir balsam and pine wrapped in incense smoke and a boozy hint of rum, for a radiant trail that feels both fresh and comforting.
Top notes: Dried Fruits, Pink Pepper, Sweet Orange.
Middle note: Pineapple.
