Tauer Perfumes – Lonesome Rider
With Lonesome Rider, Andy Tauer continues the narrative of his perfume Lonestar Memories: the ballad of a lonesome rider, walking his own way, far away from crowds and hectic everyday life.
What treasures may he discover on this journey?
After an opulent citric opening with bergamot and grapefruit seasoned with pepper and cloves, the Lonesome Rider reveals his deep and ambivalent soul – with a leathery orris root chord. The leather is smoky, while at the same time the rough character of the leather is smoothened by the pure and fresh aspect of the iris.
A floral hint of rose and a dark animal element (castoreum) completes the adventurous heart of the Lonesome Rider.
The dry-down is long-lasting and woody. The nose of the Lonesome Rider is indulged by vetiver, sandalwood and a precious ambergris note, while he rides into the sunset.
Somewhere, out there on the prairie …
