Le Galion – Special for Gentlmen
1947: The world is taking a deep breath, and in France they enjoy life again and dream of luxury. The ladies are given kitten heels and Christian Dior’s New Look.
For Paul Vacher it was now time to have a look at the strong sex. With “Special for Gentlemen” he gave the world a masculine fragrance – discret, refreshing, noble and refined. A fragrance that stands the test of everyday life as well as the special moments in life.
In this fragrance, Le Galion revives the tradition of the Belle Parfumerie and uses only high quality ingredients. Hesperide notes of bergamot and lemon meet a subtile accord of lavendar and a light breath of Galbanum. In the basis, an oriental wave of amber meets cinnamon, labdanum, and patchouly. A sensual note of aromatic oakwood, together with vanilla, castoreum, and opoponax finally makes this olfactoric masterpiece round.
