Acqua di Parma – Chinotto di Liguria

Ah, the beautiful freshness of chinotto! Drawn from the beautiful dark green leaves of the myrtle-leaved orange tree, chinotto oil has long been used to flavor the bitter, citrusy drink known worldwide to cocktail lovers as chinotto. On its own, it smells as brightly sour as a bitter orange, but it is an aroma also inclusive of the lime-green freshness of the orange tree leaves and bark.
