Prada, founded by Mario Prada in 1913, began as a leather goods store in Milan with his brother Martino. The business was later taken over by his daughter, Luisa, and granddaughter, Miuccia Prada, in 1978. Under Miuccia, Prada became a luxury brand, expanding with best-selling totes, backpacks, shoes, and womenswear. The brand ventured into fragrance in 2003 with artisan perfumes and launched Prada Eau de Parfum in 2004. Their fragrances, including the "Ephemeral Infusion" line, are produced with Puig.
